POST-PRODUCTION
WITHOUT THE DRAG.

WHEN YOU NEED
MORE THAN THE PLAN.

Extra revision round

$75

Beyond the two included on every deliverable. Priced so that a precise brief is always cheaper than a vague one.

Rush delivery, 24 hours

+50%

Urgency reorders the production queue, so it carries a premium. Subject to capacity, and not available on complex projects.

Content derivation

$300–500

One long-form video turned into five short-form cuts, each built around its own hook. Fast to produce once the long edit exists.

Additional thumbnails

$50–80

Per thumbnail, designed against your channel’s existing visual language and tested at the size a viewer actually sees.

What to compare us to

COMPARE US TO A HIRE,
NOT TO A FREELANCER.

An in-house video person is a salary, payroll charges, software licences, equipment and your management time — and it buys you one person’s skill set. Growth costs less than that, and covers editing, colour, motion design, thumbnails, per-platform packaging and a monthly read of what worked. There is no hiring risk, no recruitment cycle and no notice period beyond thirty days. That is the comparison that matters. The per-video price of a freelancer is not, because it buys you a file and nothing around it.

What we don’t promiseNo virality, no view counts, no guaranteed leads. We promise a cadence that holds, brand consistency and an honest monthly read of what is working. Conversion depends on your offer and your own follow-up — and we say that before signing, not after.

Scope, in writing

WHAT EACH WORD MEANS.

These definitions sit in the contract as well as on this page. Without them, every overrun gets negotiated after the fact, at the worst possible moment.

Long source content
Up to 60 minutes of rushes for 25 minutes final. Two cameras maximum. Motion built from approved templates.
Video podcast
Up to 90 minutes of rushes, two to three cameras, multitrack sync. Counts as 1.5 source contents — longer material, heavier multicam edit.
Derived vertical
Up to 90 seconds, cut from a source content already edited. One main ratio plus the platform exports.
Natively shot short
Filmed separately, up to 10 minutes of rushes. Counts as 1.5 clips — selection and narrative have to be built from scratch.
Revision round
One consolidated batch of comments. A mistake on our side never consumes a round.
Stated turnaround
First-version turnaround, in working days, from a complete brief. It is not a final delivery promise.
Active project
One deliverable in editing or review. Starter and Growth: one. Scale: two.
Rush
+50%, subject to capacity. Not available on complex projects.

Overrun ruleYou hear that a project exceeds its scope before we start, never when the invoice arrives. You can then add a one-off at the rates above, or move up a plan mid-month with the difference prorated.

Source material

WHERE THE PODCAST FITS.

A video podcast is the best source material for what we do: one recording, the most derivations. It sits inside the existing plans as a type of source content, not as a separate offer. But the word covers two different jobs — and we only do one of them.

What we do

  • Multicam edit of the video episode
  • Vertical clips cut from the episode
  • Thumbnails, titles and YouTube chapters
  • Subtitles and per-platform exports
  • Basic audio clean-up and sync

What we don’t do

  • Broadcast audio mastering
  • Written show notes and transcripts
  • Publishing to Apple, Spotify and RSS
  • Audiograms and audio-only assets
  • Guest research, booking and preparation

In short: we edit the video of a podcast and derive everything publishable from it. Producing the show — sound, feed, guests — stays with you or your producer.

Frequently asked
Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Every plan runs month to month, with thirty days notice to cancel or move between plans. Your price is guaranteed for twelve months from signature, then reviewed annually with sixty days notice.

What counts as one source content?

Up to sixty minutes of rushes for twenty-five minutes final, two cameras maximum. A video podcast counts as 1.5 source contents: the material is longer and the multicam edit heavier.

What is a derived vertical?

Up to ninety seconds, cut from a source content we have already edited. A short filmed separately counts as 1.5 clips, because the selection and the narrative have to be rebuilt from scratch.

What does the stated turnaround mean?

It is the time to a first version, in working days, from a complete brief. It is deliberately not a promise of final delivery — that depends on how fast the review rounds come back.

What if a project runs over scope?

You hear about it before we start, not when the invoice arrives. Add a one-off at the published add-on rates, or move up a plan mid-month with the difference prorated.

Do unused units roll over?

Up to twenty percent of unused units roll into the following month, then expire. Beyond that they are lost — the capacity was reserved for you.

What exactly is a revision round?

One consolidated batch of comments, not a stream of separate notes. If something is wrong because of us, fixing it never consumes one of your rounds.

Can you match our current channel style?

Yes. We start from your references and existing brand assets and deliver a brand kit within ten days, so the editing language is reusable rather than reinvented each time.

Who owns the final files?

You do. Files, project files and any assets we build for your channel are yours from delivery. Nothing is held back as leverage.
